Thanksgiving 2009

Irelyns First Thanksgiving Someone was having a rough day and just wanted to be carried around.
Mom was able to get a work out carrying a 20lb weight strapped to her chest while setting the table and baking an apple pie.
There isn't much like multi tasking.
Aunty Lauren came over early to play and help get ready.
The boys had to work, so we had a late dinner.

As you can tell, someone is teething and wouldn't take her dress out of her mouth.

We tried some new recipe's.
This one is a hit. Brie w/walnuts in a puff pastry...yummy!

Irelyn had her special "solid" meal.

A double helping of Whole Grain Rice Cereal

And then she slept on Katlin! Adorable.

She just wanted to be held....we couldn't put her down all day.

Luckily everyone was very happy to help mom and hold her. Success!

One Dirty Kitchen, One Yummy Meal

22lb Turkey, Mashed Potatoes, Stuffing, Sweet Potato Casserole, Bread, cranberry sauce

And dinner is served. Travis and Katlin

Irelyn sat next to mommy at the Adult table and behaved wonderfully!

November 13th
5 months...

Another first!

Irelyn just took her first belly flop. She can now go from a seated
position to a crawling/tummy position!

My First Tooth

This week was a big week.

We started "army crawling" and scooting across the floor

and today (11.06.09) I have my first tooth!
