Feb 2012- Beach Day w/Week 11 Photos & Stats
We took advantage of our beautiful 75 degree weather today and landed at Crystal Cove Beach.
It was a beautiful day. Here are some photos of our adventure today. Aunt Lyra joined us for the hike to the beach and fun day.

Check Up - Week 10 for Hudsyn stats:
Hudsyn is now in the 75% for weight
110+% for height (she is waaaay tall) off the charts as the doctor calls it.
and 80% head size.
Feb 2012 - Hudsyn 10 weeks old
Since i have been off, irelyn has been going to swim class. It has been so much fun being a part of this weekly class. Her and I get to swim together and play in the water before class. Here are some photos of her instructor. Irelyn has also been very lucky. We have paid for semi-private classes and almost ALL of the classes have been private. (the photos below are with one of the boys she is now grouped up with ) She is picking it up really quick.
Today she jumped in from the side of the pool and went under the water...then swam to Kyla.
She is working on floating on her back and rolling over (as pictured below)
She has cute little pink goggles on. Im going to miss this weekly class when i go back to work next monday. Ill probably change her times to allow me to join at least one class per week.

So hudsyn has hit some major milestones (early)
She started rolling over 3 weeks ago. Here she is above like a little burrito. She took the mat with her.
Her eyes are looking green :)
Travis and I figured out that it is actually impossible for her to have blue eyes.
She most likely will have brown, hazel or green.
They appear to be lighter then Irelyn's eyes at this age... so we are thinking green!
This photo is kind of blurry, but it shows her personality.
We have the sweetest & most honest baby. Its weird to call a 3 month old honest, but she has this calming ora. She doesn't cry unless she is really upset. She loves just hanging out with Irelyn, Theresa and I... and is already learning to put herself to sleep (unlike miss irelyn did)
This was too cute.

Death Grip
Irelyn loves her new doll grandma and grandpa hunter gave to her. She is sound asleep and has such a death grip on the dolls arm, I can't take it.

hudsyn 8 weeks

Shes wearing 6 month clothing and is getting bigger everyday!
Whats going on with the Hunter Fam...
here are the 6 week check up stats for hudsyn (better late than never)
weight: 11lbs 4 oz (80%)
24" in length (98%)
she is laughing, starting to try to roll over and squeal's in delight when she see's us.
Hudsyn is sleeping 5-7 hours a night and loves her naps during the day.
She is also trying to figure out how to grab toys. She loves toys and is starting to really see things now. Irelyn and her are adorable. When we go places together Irelyn always asks... "can we bring hudsyn" She is being such a great big sister.
Hudsyn's personality is starting to show through. She is such a happy go lucky baby. She is so very happy just being held and loved.
There are tons of fun stuff going on with the rest of the family as well! Irelyn is taking swim lesson's 2 times a week and finally is starting to enjoy it. She cried the first 3 weeks. She wasnt a fan of going under the water. Yesterday she jumped in from the side, and swam to Kyla (her instructor). It was awesome. She is still working on floating on her back and practicing rolling over. She is starting to enjoy it and should be swimming in another month of lessons.
Irelyn also starts gymnastic lesson's next week. She has been taking dance lessons for the last year, but has outgrown them. She memorized all of the routines and the classes are too slow for her. We are going to try gymnastic's to mix it up for her. She can join an actual dance studio when she turn's 3, so we want her to try some new activities. Music Class, swimming, and gymnastics... a busy 2 1/2 year old she is!
Travis and I joined a golf course in Mission Viejo. He is out there at least 3-5 times a week on his lunch break... its the perfect break in his day. I played 9 holes with him this week for the first time in a year. It was a great afternoon and fun to get out in the sunshine with the husband. Its about 75 degrees in southern california this week. Not bad for Feb.
